Tuesday, July 17, 2007 deputies with the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office arrested sexual offender Billy Alan Smith, 27
year old white male, for indecent exposure in public and violation
of probation. Smith
resides in the Chipley area of

sentenced, sexual offender Timothy Forehand, 38 year old white
male, will serve 57.7 months in DOC for charges received earlier
this year for sexual offender registration violations.
