Washington
County Sheriff’s Office has taken Roy Turner, Jr. 27 year old
white male into custody on charges of lewd and lascivious battery
in reference to an incident involving a 15 year old white female.
Turner turned himself in to investigators with the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office on June 7th.
Investigators
were contacted by the family members of the 15 year old female
concerning an incident involving the juvenile and Turner.
According to statements made to investigators, the
juvenile, was picked up by Turner to attend a function and instead
of attending the function, Tuner and the juvenile went to a local
business and engaged in a sexual relationship.
Turner
is currently incarcerated at the Washington County Jail.
The name of the female involved has been withheld due to
age.
