Immediate Release Threat on
local bank resolved quickly On
Wednesday, April 25th at approximately 1:00 p.m.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office dispatch department received
a call advising a bomb threat had been made against Region’s
Bank in “Officers
from the Chipley Police Department arrived within minutes, secured
the scene and did some great initial investigative work which gave
our investigators every tool necessary to establish who made the
threat and locate this person in a very short amount of time,”
states Sheriff Haddock. “It
takes this kind of cooperation among local law enforcement to make
sure we resolve these crimes successfully and I have nothing but
praise for our guys and the Chipley Police Department.” |
